History Channel--Women's History Month

The History Channel website includes an online exhibit for Women's History Month. The site offers a brief history and timeline of women's suffrage. The best feature of the site is the "Women's Hall of Fame," an extensive list of important women, many of which are linked to a brief biography. There is also a "Did you know?" section that highlights trivia relating to women's history. While the site lacks depth and could benefit from more pictures, it is a good place to start for an overview of the women's movement and influential women in a multitude of disciplines and time periods.
