Woman Suffrage and 19th Amendment

The National Archives offers a site for educators and students that includes documents from the woman suffrage movement. While there is not a great deal of background information, the site gives access to nine documents that pertain to the woman suffrage. These documents include a resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution and a petition from Susan B. Anthony to Congress. This website is a good starting place for primary documents.
